Chairman’s Say
So far this year we have had the ongoing Brexit saga, terrible weather (although it has recently brightened up), Carillion going into Liquidation, tensions in North Korea, the Salisbury nerve agent poisoning, the Syria bombings, Donald Trump and Manchester City winning the Premier League. In a few months it will also be the end of my Chairmanship.
I have really enjoyed the last three years as Chairman and would have happily stayed on in the role – but it’s now time for someone new to take over and Mark Todd will be taking over as Chairman at our AGM in June, supported by Roy Tyler as Vice Chair.
