Well the sun has finally made an appearance which certainly lightens everyone's mood! As you can
see the CSA is evolving constantly bringing new advantages and benefits to our members year in and year
out. We are excited to announce the water treatment path of development and associated membership
and courses more details of which can be found throughout this edition of Index.

We are also pleased to announce that the new position of Chief Executive Officer has been filled by Neil Recognising and Rewarding
Burdess, a very warm welcome to Neil who as you know is no stranger to the Association.

Following this news it does mean that Neil can no longer continue as CSA Chairman and our Vice Chairman Commissioning Excellence
Mr Keith Barker has kindly agreed to step up into the role until the new Chairman is announced at this
years AGM.

We are also pleased to share we have now awarded over 62 commissioning managers with a CM1—CM3
grade since launching the new pathway and as well as updating the website with an area specifically for CATEGORIES
